what to expect
Demonstrations take place in my spacious kitchen and dining area, which can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The day begins at 10.00am with coffee and something home baked and delicious, giving you a chance to get to know your fellow guests. The approximate 2 hour demonstration starts at 10.30am and will encompass easy to prepare delicious dishes which will showcase seasonality. Lunch will be served at around 1pm and will include everything you have seen demonstrated, plus a well-earned glass of wine.
The cost of a demonstration is £52.00.
The day will finish at around 3 - 3.30pm. And of course, copies of all the recipes demonstrated on the day will be available to take away.
