Terms and Conditions

Dietary Requirements:

Please inform me at the time of booking if there is anything I should be aware of. Unless you are booking as a private group, I may not be able to tailor the demonstration entirely to you, but will do my best.

 

Pricing:

All demonstrations cost £49 per person (unless otherwise stated) and include refreshments on arrival as well as a 3 course lunch and a glass of wine.

Bookings:

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and will be confirmed once payment has been received. Payment must be made 4 weeks in advance.

Payment Terms:

All payment to be made in full at the time of booking as your booking will only be secured with full payment. 

Payment methods:

  1. By cheque made out to 'Joanne Shaw'

  2. By Bank payment online - please contact me for bank details

 

Please do not send cash in the post.

Cancellation and refund policy:

If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you will be liable for full payment unless you, or I can find an alternative guest to fill that place. If you need to change your booking, you may at my discretion change to the next available date if there are spaces.

If the course has to be cancelled by Cook and Saucer due to adverse weather conditions, insufficient numbers or any other unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund.

I can accept no liability for personal injury, or any loss of, or damage to personal property.
